Most Star subdivisions ship with builder-grade angle stops, flex lines and toilets that fail in 5–8 years. We pre-emptively swap them with quarter-turn brass stops and braided stainless lines.
Private wells on acreage
Older Star acreage along Beacon Light and the river runs on private wells. We service pressure tanks, well jet pumps, submersibles and sanitizing kits on every truck.
Freeze–thaw on hose bibs
Star wind exposes hose bibs and outdoor kitchens to deeper freezes than central Boise. We install frost-free bibs and freeze-proof outbuildings every fall.
Hard water from deep wells
Star sits on the same Snake River Plain aquifer as Eagle and Meridian. Hardness runs 18–22 grains per gallon. We install Pentair and 3M softeners with bypass on most install jobs.

Do you actually serve Star?
Yes. We dispatch a Star-and-Eagle truck out of our Meridian shop every morning and our average on-site time inside Star city limits is 38 minutes for emergencies.
Will you work on a private well?
Yes. We service pressure tanks, jet pumps, submersible pumps, pressure switches and sanitizing kits. We coordinate with a licensed well driller when the casing or pump needs to come out.
Do you pull Star plumbing permits?
Yes. Water heaters, repipes, gas line work and sewer/septic work get permitted through Ada County and the City of Star, and we schedule the inspection.
Can you swap out builder-grade angle stops and supply lines on a 2018 build?
Yes, and we recommend it before the lines start to weep. We swap the plastic angle stops for quarter-turn brass and the flex lines for braided stainless. Most whole-house swaps run $389–$595.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?
No. Flat-rate pricing is the same Sunday at 2am as it is Tuesday at noon.
